London Caulking
…Keeping the weather out and your comfort in…
Company History and Profile
Our family business began in 1966 as LONDON CAULKING AND INSTALLATIONS LIMITED to serve the booming construction industry of that era with various weatherproofing and preservation procedures.
We have completed thousands of projects in the new construction industry across Southwestern Ontario and continue to serve the industry for Caulking, Waterproofing, Firestopping, Special Coatings and numerous Weatherproofing and Preservation Procedures.
Concrete Restoration Services
The many 10 to 50 years old “boom built” buildings began to deteriorate. This created the need for specialists in maintenance and restoration. Having worked on many of these buildings during construction or later for maintenance and repairs, we were aware of the causes of deterioration and soon developed solutions for permanent repairs, restoration and preservation. It was as this point that the company began to offer concrete restoration services.
After successfully restoring hundreds of structures over the years, in 1999 we launched a separate company Weathertech Restoration Services Inc. to specialize in restoration.
London Caulking has the personnel, equipment, materials and knowledge for the restoration, maintenance or preservation procedures for all types of structures.
Our personnel are trained for material applications for most, if not all available products and we are approved applicators for many products. Our field technicians are trained on high rise access equipment, man lifts and all required safety procedures such as: WHMIS, propane, confined space, forklifts, and have the knowledge to maintain a safe work environment.
The field technicians and management staff are two-way radio dispatched for instant communication. We are always fully equipped, stocked and available 24 hours a day 7 days a week to service your complete building envelope needs. We are fully insured and bondable.
We are available to assist consultants with investigating building envelope problems with our trucks equipped with access and demolition equipment as well as repair materials.
